Gretchen provides end-to-end course development consultation while consulting on best practices in curriculum design and development, program mapping, implementation of common program elements, online student orientation, technology tool recommendations, and course sites. Her expertise in learning experience design dates to when she began teaching undergraduate communication courses, both online and in-person, as a grad student. She was fascinated by the art of designing effective online learning experiences.
Now years into the instructional design field, she has enjoyed exploring how her background in teaching communication informs her instructional design, and vice versa
