Here are some web resources to keep you entertained over the holiday weeks, no matter what you are celebrating.

photoWikidata-logo_white.svgWikidata is a free knowledge base that can be read and edited by humans and machines alike. It is for data what Wikimedia Commons is for media files: it centralizes access and management of structured data, such as interwiki references and statistical information. Wikidata contains data in all languages for which there are Wikimedia projects. You can read the introduction to learn more about Wikidata.

Semantic Web – Google+ plus.google.com Resources, news and tools all about the semantic web.

Surfmark – allows you to save all the effort you put in seeking knowledge from the Web, and turn it into something that you can keep for ever. When you combine these efforts with those of millions of other people, the impact can be so profound that it may just change the way we look at the Web.

This website presents developments, related publications, and current activities to generate new ideas, methods, and tools that help making the Data Web easier accessible, more visible, and thus more attractive.”
