QM Specific Review Standard 7.1

The course instructions articulate or link to a clear description of the technical support offered and how to obtain it.

Provide contact information, hours of availability, links, and other information on how your students can obtain technical assistance in their course.

QM Specific Review Standard 7.2

Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s accessibility policies and accommodation services.

Provide contact information, hours of availability, links, and other information in your syllabus and in your course about any and all disability services and accessibility support offices available at your institution. You should also provide any institutional policies regarding disability or accessibility to your students.

QM Specific Review Standard 7.3

Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s academic support services and resources that can help learners succeed in the course.

In either your course syllabus or within your course, provide information about academic support services and resources available at your institution. Academic services will vary, but consider providing contact information, links, hours, and descriptions for a variety of academic services including tutoring, writing centers, academic libraries, math centers, and/or student orientations.
