Rasha joins Academic Partnerships as an Instructional Designer and will support faculty in course design. Rasha has over 13 years of expertise in higher education leadership, teaching training curriculum design, and instructional design.

She is passionate about transforming courses and learning materials into immersive and engaging eLearning environments. For the past few years, she has worked as an Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant at various universities. She has always enjoyed one-on-one with faculty and being part of their journey to enhance their courses to become more diverse, accessible, and inclusive.
