Carmen supports instructors with the design and development of their online courses and programs. She is dedicated to creating student-centered programs and courses, empowering faculty, and fostering the professional growth of her colleagues.
Carmen brings to Academic Partnerships over 18 years of experience working in higher education—with over 12 years specifically in instructional design. She also has experience developing and teaching face-to-face, online, hybrid/blended, and self-paced courses, as well as developing courses and workshops related to online course development and teaching. She has extensive experience supporting instructors with STEM instruction and accessibility implementation.
